These terms apply when you browse or shop with hello lamb. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ordering

Please check your order details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we'll get in touch if we need to clarify anything.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue with availability, pricing, product information or our ability to fulfil the order.

products & availability

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, colours and photographs are accurate. Plants are living things, so natural variation in size, shape, colour and growth is to be expected.

Our products may be available in limited quantities and some pieces are one of a kind. If something sells out, it may not return.

pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received before an order can be prepared or delivered.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If you've placed an order at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before proceeding.

custom orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you. We'll discuss the details with you before beginning your order, including the plants, materials, size and price where relevant.

Once you've approved the details, we'll get to work.

Custom orders cannot generally be cancelled or changed once work has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

delivery

Our local delivery terms, including delivery areas and fees, are set out in our shipping policy.

We take care when preparing and delivering every order, but once an order has been safely delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for its care passes to you.

For plants, this includes providing appropriate light, water, temperature and general care once they're in their new home.

returns & refunds

Nothing in our policies or these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Everything on the Hello Lamb website - including photographs, illustrations, text, branding and other content - belongs to Hello Lamb or is used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our permission.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but occasionally things may change, sell out or go temporarily offline.

We may update these terms from time to time as Hello Lamb grows. The latest version will always be published on this website.
